OREGON MUSICLINK

Benefit: Oregon MusicLink teachers can be reimbursed up to $200 annually for expenses they incur on behalf of their MusicLink student(s). Expenses may include sheet music, entry fees for events, metronome, strings, theory books, etc. 

Requirements: 

There are two ways to request reimbursement: 

1. Text a photo of the receipt or documentation of the expense to Oregon MusicLink Coordinator Annette Demsey at 503-313-0793, OR
2. fill out the digital Reimbursement Request Form (see the instructions below) and email it to oregonmusiclink@gmail.com.

Note: Reimbursement requests must be submitted within one year from the date the expense was incurred.  Checks are sent out three times each year:  October 15th, February 15th and June 15th.

OREGON MUSICLINK

Benefit: Summer music camp scholarships

Requirements: 

Applicants must be...

• Age 5-18
• A MusicLink student for at least 6 months

Note: Each student is eligible to apply for only one MusicLink summer camp scholarship per year.

MUSICLINK FOUNDATION

Benefit: The Grass Roots Grant Program provides a grant of up to $500 to assist MusicLink teachers with expenses that will provide support for new programs, expanding programs, or specific projects. Examples include:

• Start-up funding for a new MusicLink program
• Expansion of an existing MusicLink program
• Creating a new project to expand opportunities for MusicLink students
• Costs for instruments, piano moving, materials, music for MusicLink students
• Other expenses for students or program administration 

Note: Grass Roots Grant Program grants cannot be used for teacher tuition costs.
